My Business Academy is a collaborative partnership with EduCursion Singapore, a Singapore based Professional Development Organization, which has been focusing on highly synergetic training and development that engage, simulate and accelerate the learning process at educational institutions, enrichment centers and skills-based academies since 1998. MBA was conceived as a creative catalyst harnessing the passion for skilled education and training.

Assess

Based on the prevailing industry requirements, the company will conduct market researches in order to come up with the best program solution for the organization. The company will also take into consideration the type of business an organization is conducting in order to provide a more customized training.


Learn

After determining the training needs of an organization or an individual, the company will have to formulate a course for which the target respondents will have to attend. By guiding, supporting and integrating exercises and activities into the program, learning takes place in a highly participatory manner.


Reinforce

The company will help strengthen the learning process by providing tools such as the training manuals and the individual or the organization will get the chance to ask questions to the trainers during the course of the program.


The interactive delivery style helps the participant learn faster, alter their perspective and readily transfer and sustain the skills, techniques and strategies learned in the program to their daily job responsibilities.


Support

Programs are formulated in such a way that it will be useful as an edge for professional examination preparation. On demand and work based assessments will also be provided for selected programs.


Validate

Certificates of completion are provided to individuals who successfully managed to complete the course. Such certificates will be internationally recognized and will provide units of continuing professional education for some.

The Company together with its trainers will identify training needs based on client request, requirements and industry changes. Upon approval, the trainer/s then proceeds with the development of the manual based on the criteria set by the company.
