What should I do after submitting my Registration Form?

Once we have received your registration form with the complete details, we will reply to you as soon as possible either by email or post mail confirming your registration. The following will also be forwarded for your reference:

• Training Programme Instructions
• Training Fees Invoice

How do I arrange payment and when it should be made?

Payment can be done through bank draft, cash, wire transfer or by credit card (whenever applicable). Course training fees should be paid prior to the commencement of the training programme.

What are the inclusions of the Fees?

The fees for standard training programmes cover the seminar room, training materials, lunch and refreshments.

What kind of certificates do I get?

All participants who have successfully completed the training programme will receive MBA certificate of completion signed and endorsed by the MBA Training and Development Director.

Are the training programme fees claimable through Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF)?

Yes, the fees can be claimed through the HRDF fund.

Cancellation Policy

Request for the cancellation of a training programme registration should be made in writing and received by MBA at least three weeks prior to the scheduled run date. MYR 500 processing fee will be charge per delegate for each cancellation.
